When an order is placed with Faustel, the Sales Engineer responsible for your account works with the Project Manager to confirm that all machine specifications are complete. The Project Manager is your direct contact at Faustel, following your project from engineering through assembly, and all the way to acceptance on your plant floor. 

This approach ensures continuity in communication between all parties, making for a more efficient and well-executed project. During this process the Project Manager is supported by Faustel’s team of engineering and technical specialists to make sure your equipment is built to your requirements and delivered on time. We also know that problems can happen from time to time, however you can be assured that Faustel will always stand behind our equipment and work to find effective solutions to any problems that may arise.
